Money-Back Guarantee, Refitting & Heel-to-Toe Warranty

Every eligible WearSun order includes a 100-day money-back guarantee, up to two complimentary refittings and remakes, and a separate 6-Month Heel-to-Toe Warranty covering product defects.

1. 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 100 calendar days from the date your original order is delivered to decide whether your WearSun insoles are right for you.

If you are not satisfied for any reason during that period, you may request a 100% refund of the amount paid for the eligible order.

A refitting or remake is available if you would like us to improve the fit, but it is not required before requesting a refund.

2. Up to Two Complimentary Refittings

If your insoles don't feel right, contact us during the 100-day period and let us know what you're experiencing.

We can redesign your insoles and provide up to two complimentary remakes, in addition to your original pair.

Your fitting process may include:

• Your original customized pair

• First complimentary refitting and remake

• Second complimentary refitting and remake

There is no additional product charge for eligible remakes.

Depending on the issue, we may ask for additional feedback, photographs, measurements, or an updated foot scan to help us improve the fit.

3. Requesting a Refund

• Order number

• Email address associated with the order

We may ask for feedback about your experience so we can better understand what didn't work for you.

WearSun may provide instructions regarding the return or disposition of the insoles. Please do not return a product before receiving instructions from us.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6-Month Heel-to-Toe Warranty

Every WearSun pair is protected by our 6-Month Heel-to-Toe Warranty, covering defects in the structure, materials, construction, top cover, bonding, or other components of the product under normal use.

The warranty begins on the date the applicable pair is delivered.

4. What the Heel-to-Toe Warranty Covers

Covered issues may include:

• Structural defects or failures

• Cracking or breakage caused by a product defect

• Top-cover defects

• Abnormal separation or detachment of the top cover

• Glue or bonding failures

• Delamination

• Material defects

• Manufacturing defects

• Other product-quality or construction issues attributable to the product

If we determine that an issue is covered, WearSun will, as appropriate, repair, remake, or replace the affected product at no additional product cost to you.

5. Making a Warranty Claim

Please include your order information and a description of the issue.

We may request photographs or other reasonable information needed to evaluate the product.

6. What the Heel-to-Toe Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal cosmetic wear from ordinary use

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care

• Damage caused by cutting, modifying, altering, or repairing the product outside of WearSun

• Damage caused by use for a purpose for which the product was not reasonably intended

• Loss or theft

• Changes in your feet, footwear, preferences, or circumstances that are unrelated to a product defect

7. Customized Products

WearSun insoles are individually designed and manufactured using your Foot Profile and customization information.

8. Policy Abuse

WearSun reserves the right to decline claims involving fraud, intentional product damage, repeated abuse of this Policy, or other improper use of the guarantee or warranty.

This does not restrict legitimate claims or any rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
