Using advanced design software, AI-powered recommendations, professional expertise, and 3D-printing technology, we engineer the shape, structure, and support around your individual profile—rather than asking your feet to adapt to a pre-made product.

Your body may need time to adapt to personalized support, which is why we recommend a 21-day break-in period.

If something still doesn't feel right after that, we'll work with you to fine-tune your custom insoles. Your 6-Month Satisfaction Guarantee includes up to two complimentary adjustments.

And if you're still not completely satisfied, you may return your custom insoles within the six-month guarantee period for a full refund.

You can move your WearSun insoles between shoes with a similar fit and internal shape, but for the best experience, we recommend a dedicated pair for each main type of footwear.

Running shoes, everyday sneakers, work shoes, and dress shoes can have very different internal volumes, heel depths, and footbed shapes. An orthotic designed for one type of footwear may not fit or perform the same way in another.

If you regularly switch between very different shoes, having a dedicated pair for each allows your personalized support to follow you throughout your day.
