ABOUT WEARSUN CUSTOM INSOLES

WearSun insoles are made from scratch specifically for your feet. Instead of starting with a standard insole shape and choosing a size, we use your individual foot scan, footwear, activity and personal needs to create a customized insole design for you.

Each pair is digitally designed and 3D printed to create personalized support, structure and comfort for the way you move.

Most over-the-counter insoles are made for the average foot. They come in standard sizes and generic arch profiles - such as low, medium or high - and primarily add cushioning and general support inside your shoes.

Your left and right feet are individually scanned to capture their unique shape and geometry. We then combine your foot scan with information about your footwear, activities, and individual needs to create a personalized design specifically for you.

Using advanced design software that combines AI-powered recommendations with the expertise of an orthopedic specialist, your insoles are individually designed and then 3D printed to match your unique profile. This allows us to engineer the shape, structure, and support around your feet—rather than
asking your feet to adapt to a pre-made product. That means two people ordering the same WearSun category can receive very different insoles.

They share one important principle: personalization.

Traditional custom orthotics often require an in-person appointment, physical impression or molding process and conventional manufacturing.

WearSun replaces much of that process with a digital workflow: you scan your feet from home, your information is used to build your personalized design, and the insoles are manufactured using advanced 3D-printing technology.

No foam impression box. No plaster mold. No store visit required.

3D printing allows us to control the structure of the insole with a level of precision that is difficult to achieve with traditional foam-cutting methods.

Instead of simply shaping a block of material, we can engineer different areas of the insole to provide different levels of flexibility, structure and response.

It also allows us to manufacture directly from your digital foot profile design file, creating a highly repeatable product whenever you reorder.

Because better movement isn't only about fixing pain—it's about supporting your body before pain becomes the reason you pay attention to it.

Your feet are the foundation for nearly everything you do: walking, running, training, working, traveling and simply staying active. WearSun is designed to provide personalized support based on how your feet are built, helping create a better foundation for everyday movement.

Whether you're running marathons, spending long days on your feet, or simply thinking about mobility and longevity, you don't need to wait for something to hurt to start taking care of your foundation.

Custom insoles can be beneficial for many common foot and lower-body conditions, including plantar fasciitis, flat feet, overpronation, supination, ankle instability, arthritis, Morton’s neuroma and other issues related to foot mechanics and pressure distribution.

Why? Many of these conditions are influenced by how your foot moves, where pressure is concentrated, and how forces travel through your body with every step. A generic insole can add cushioning, but it can't account for the individual structure and mechanics of your feet.

WearSun insoles are designed around your unique foot geometry and individual needs to provide targeted support where your feet need it, help distribute pressure more effectively, and create a more stable foundation for movement.

And custom support isn't only for when something hurts. Supporting better foot mechanics can also be part of a proactive approach to keeping your feet comfortable, active and moving well over time.

If you're experiencing significant or persistent pain, recovering from an injury, or have a diagnosed medical condition, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional.

YOUR FOOT SCAN

Your iPhone becomes the scanning tool.

Instead of visiting a clinic for a traditional mold or impression, the WearSun app uses your iPhone's depth-sensing technology to capture detailed 3D geometry of your feet from home.

The app guides you through each step of scanning your left and right feet. Your scans are then combined with information about your footwear, activities and individual needs to create your personalized Foot Profile—the digital foundation used to design your custom insoles.

No appointment. No foam box. No special scanning equipment to send back and forth.

The WearSun app uses the same type of depth-sensing technology used for Face ID to capture the three-dimensional shape of your feet.

During the scan, your iPhone projects thousands of invisible points and measures their depth to create a high-resolution 3D representation of each foot. This allows us to capture detailed foot geometry—including the shape and contours that can't be understood from shoe size alone.

The app guides you through the positioning and scanning process step by step. Within minutes, your feet are transformed into detailed 3D data that can be used to build your personalized Foot Profile.

Fast scan. High-resolution 3D geometry. Consistent measurements. Designed for real-life feet.

Very. The WearSun scan isn't a photograph, tracing or estimate based on your shoe size.

Using your iPhone's depth-sensing technology, the app captures thousands of data points to create detailed 3D geometry of your feet. This gives us consistent measurements and captures the individual contours needed to create your personalized design.

The scanning process also guides you through specific positions so the required foot geometry is captured consistently.

And because real feet aren't perfectly symmetrical, we scan your left and right foot independently rather than creating one generic model and applying it to both.

The result is detailed digital foot data that gives our design process a much more complete picture of your individual anatomy.

All you need is your iPhone.

The WearSun app uses your iPhone’s built-in depth-sensing technology to create a detailed 3D scan of your feet. There’s no additional equipment, scanner, or special setup required.

Just your iPhone, your feet, and a few minutes.

Don't have a compatible iPhone? Contact the WearSun team and we'll help you find the best way to complete your scan.

Because your feet aren't mirror images of each other—and your insoles shouldn't assume they are.

It's completely normal to have differences between your left and right foot. Length, width, arch shape and overall geometry can vary from one side to the other.

WearSun scans each foot independently so your digital Foot Profile reflects your actual anatomy rather than using one foot as a template for both.

Two feet. Two scans. One truly personalized pair.

Just a few minutes.

The WearSun app guides you through every step, from positioning your iPhone to capturing each foot. You don't need any scanning experience, special equipment or technical knowledge.

Follow the instructions on screen and the app does the rest.

Don't worry—the process is designed to make scanning at home simple.

The app guides you through the correct positioning and scanning sequence. If the captured data doesn't meet the requirements needed to create your Foot Profile, you may be asked to repeat a scan before your insoles move into design and production.

We'd rather take an extra minute to capture the right data than manufacture your insoles from a scan we're not confident in.

Your feet tell us a lot. But a great custom insole needs to understand more than foot shape alone.

Along with your 3D scans, we collect information about your footwear, activities, lifestyle, areas of discomfort and how you plan to use your WearSun insoles.

This information is combined with your individual foot geometry and processed through our design workflow, which brings together AI-powered recommendations and orthopedic expertise to create your personalized insole design.

Because we're not simply recreating the shape of your foot. We're designing for how you live and move on it.

Ordering & Your WearSun Foot Profile

Your entire WearSun journey happens from home—from building your profile to receiving your custom 3D-printed insoles.

1. Build your Foot Profile

Start by telling us about you. Choose the type of insole you need, how you plan to use it, and answer a few questions about your feet, activities, footwear and individual needs.

Then make it yours: choose your preferred top cover and personalize your pair with a custom 3D-printed inscription.

2. Place your order

Complete checkout and you're ready to scan.

Shortly after your order, you'll receive an email with instructions to download the WearSun Foot Scanning App along with your unique access code.

3. Scan your feet

Open the WearSun app and follow the simple step-by-step scanning flow.

Using your iPhone's built-in depth-sensing technology, you'll scan your left and right feet individually, capturing detailed 3D geometry of each foot in just a few minutes.

No appointment. No molding box. Just your iPhone.

4. We create your custom design

This is where your data becomes your design.

Our team reviews your 3D foot scans together with the information you've shared about your feet, footwear, activities and individual needs.

Your scans are transformed into detailed digital 3D models of your feet, allowing us to evaluate their individual shape, structure and geometry. Using our advanced design software, AI-powered recommendations and professional expertise, we then create an insole design personalized around your unique profile.

5. We 3D print your pair

Once your design is complete, it moves into production.

Your insoles are manufactured directly from your individual digital design using advanced 3D-printing technology engineered for precision and consistency in custom insole production.

Rather than cutting your insoles from a standard block of material, 3D printing allows us to engineer their shape and internal structure around your personalized design.

6. Delivered to your door

Your finished WearSun insoles are carefully finished, quality checked and shipped directly to your home.

All that's left is to put them in your shoes and start moving.

Think of your WearSun Foot Profile as your digital foundation.

It's created from your individual 3D foot scans together with the information you provide about your feet, footwear, activities and needs.

Your Foot Profile gives our design team the information needed to create your personalized insoles - and once it's created, we keep your digital design on file for future pairs.

Because your first order isn't just about making your first pair. It's when we build your personalized digital foundation from the ground up.

Your first order includes your 3D foot scans, the creation of detailed digital models of your left and right feet, analysis of your individual foot geometry and the development of your personalized insole design.

Our design process brings together your 3D foot data, the information you've provided, advanced design software, AI-powered recommendations and professional expertise to create a design specifically for you.

Once that work is complete, your Foot Profile and personalized design are saved on file.

So when you're ready for another pair, we don't need to start from zero. We can use your existing digital foundation to create additional insoles—whether you want a fresh pair or one designed for a different activity.

Your first pair builds the foundation. Your next pair builds on it.

Usually, no.

Once your WearSun Foot Profile and personalized design have been created, they're saved on file and can be used for future orders without repeating the entire scanning and setup process.

We may recommend a new scan if your feet have changed significantly, you've experienced an injury or surgery, or enough time has passed that updated foot data would help us create your next pair.

Otherwise, your Foot Profile is ready when you are.

Absolutely. In fact, that's one of the biggest advantages of having your WearSun Foot Profile already built.

Your feet stay the same, but what you ask of them changes.

Running, cycling, training and spending a full day on your feet can each place different demands on your body—and different shoes have different shapes, space and performance requirements.

Because your foot data and personalized foundation are already on file, you can order another pair designed around a different activity or footwear without starting the entire process again.

One Foot Profile. Different pairs for the different ways you move.

No—and that's what makes it personal.

Your WearSun Foot Profile is created specifically from your left and right feet, your information and your individual needs. It should only be used to create insoles for you.

Another person will need to create their own Foot Profile and complete their own 3D foot scan.

After all, no two feet are exactly alike.

Manufacturing & Materials

Every WearSun custom orthotic is 3D printed using industrial-grade TPU pellets engineered for durability, flexibility and long-term performance.

But what makes WearSun different isn't just the material—it's what we can do with it.

Our advanced multi-pellet 3D-printing technology allows us to combine different material hardness levels within a single, seamless print. This means different areas of your orthotic can be engineered to perform differently—providing softer cushioning where comfort is needed, firmer structure where greater support is required, and responsive zones designed around your individual needs.

Rather than using one uniform material across the entire insole, we can tune the firmness and structure of individual zones as part of your personalized design.

One seamless print. Multiple levels of support. Engineered around you.

Because a truly custom orthotic should be personalized beyond its shape.

Traditional orthotics are often manufactured by milling or cutting a shape from a block of material. WearSun uses advanced 3D printing to engineer both the shape and internal structure of your insoles from your personalized digital design.

This gives us precise control over geometry, structure and material firmness across different areas of the orthotic. Instead of making the entire insole softer or firmer, we can create targeted combinations of cushioning, support and responsiveness within one seamless structure.

And because your custom design exists digitally, it can be reproduced consistently whenever you're ready for another pair.

WearSun orthotics are engineered for long-term use and typically last approximately 2–3 years.

The exact lifespan varies depending on your activity level, body weight, footwear, frequency of use and other factors.

Unlike conventional foam insoles that can compress and lose their properties over time, WearSun's industrial-grade TPU and 3D-printed structures are engineered for durability, flexibility and repeated use.

Like any performance product, however, your orthotics will naturally experience wear over time. We recommend periodically checking them for visible structural wear or noticeable changes in how they feel or support your feet.

When it's time for a fresh pair, your WearSun Foot Profile and personalized design are already saved, making reordering simple.

Keeping your WearSun insoles clean is simple.

Remove them from your shoes and gently clean them by hand using a damp cloth, mild soap and water. Allow them to air-dry completely before putting them back into your shoes.

Avoid washing machines, dryers and direct sources of high heat, as excessive heat may affect the materials.

With simple regular care, your WearSun orthotics are designed to keep moving with you for years.

Shipping, Changes & Returns

Every WearSun orthotic is made specifically for you—but custom doesn't have to mean a long wait.

Once we receive your completed 3D foot scan, your personalized design moves into production. Your custom insoles are then designed, 3D printed, finished and delivered to your home within 3–5 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your WearSun pair all the way to your door.

Yes. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

Because every WearSun orthotic is individually designed and 3D printed for you, we move quickly once your foot scan and order information are received. After your personalized design has entered production, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel the order.

The sooner you contact us, the better we'll be able to help.

We’re here because the comfort of our customers matters to us, and we want you to feel confident ordering custom insoles online. That’s why every pair is backed by our 6-Month Satisfaction Guarantee.

Because custom insoles introduce new support to your feet, your body needs time to adapt. We ask that you wear your insoles for at least 21 days before requesting an adjustment. This break-in period allows your feet, muscles, and movement to gradually adapt to the new support and helps us better understand any changes that may be needed.

If something doesn’t feel right after the 21-day break-in period, we’ll work with you to fine-tune your custom insoles with up to two complimentary adjustments within the first six months. Each adjustment is carefully made based on your feedback and Foot Profile to improve the comfort, fit, and support of your insoles.

To request an adjustment, simply email hello@wearsuninsoles.com with your order number and let us know what you’re experiencing.

If you’re still not completely satisfied, you may return your custom insoles within the six-month guarantee period for a full refund.

Wearing instructions

Your feet and body may need a little time to adjust to the new support. We recommend a gradual 3-week break-in period rather than
wearing your custom insoles all day from day one.

During the first week, start with about 1 hour on the first day, 2 hours on the second, and gradually increase your wear time each day.
After the first week, you can begin wearing them more regularly as your body adjusts.

For running, training, and other higher-impact activities, we recommend completing the full 3-week adjustment period before
introducing your new insoles into your regular workouts.

A little patience at the beginning gives your feet and body time to comfortably adapt to their new support.

Everyone adjusts differently.

Some people notice improved comfort almost immediately, while others may need several days or a few weeks for their feet and body to adapt to the
new support.

As you begin wearing custom insoles, you may become more aware of the arch support or notice muscles working differently than they did before.
Mild tightness or temporary discomfort can occur during the adjustment period, which is why we recommend increasing your wear time gradually.

Give your body the full 21-day break-in period to adapt and evaluate how your insoles feel. If you're still experiencing discomfort after that period,
contact us so we can review your fit and determine whether an adjustment is needed.

If you experience sharp pain, numbness, or significant worsening discomfort, stop wearing the insoles and contact your health care provider.

Everyone responds to custom insoles differently. Some people experience improved comfort or relief almost immediately, while others need a little more
time for their feet and body to adjust.

From the first wear, your custom insoles introduce your body to a new pattern of support. Your feet, posture, balance, and movement may be supported
differently than they were with your previous shoes or insoles, which can cause muscles to work in ways they aren't accustomed to.

As a result, it's normal for some people to notice mild muscle tightness, fatigue, or temporary discomfort during the adjustment period. This is why we
recommend gradually increasing your wear time and allowing the full 21-day break-in period for your body to adapt.

As your body becomes accustomed to the new support, the insoles should begin to feel increasingly natural and comfortable.

Yes. WearSun custom insoles can be designed for children and young athletes, supporting their feet through some of their most active and important years of
growth.

Children's feet and bodies are constantly developing, and the way they stand, walk, run, and distribute pressure can influence their overall movement.
Personalized insoles provide support based on your child's individual foot structure, rather than relying on a generic children's shoe insert.

Using detailed 3D scans of both feet, we create custom insoles designed around your child's unique foot geometry and needs—helping provide a more
supportive foundation for everyday movement, balance, comfort, and sports.

Because children grow quickly, we recommend monitoring the fit of both their shoes and insoles regularly and updating their Foot Profile as their feet grow.

You can use your HSA or FSA to purchase FeetTech customized insoles. Insoles, shoe inserts, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible
spending account (FSA) and health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) as they are devices placed into your shoes to
support your foot and to reduce—or even eliminate—pain.

Please note: FSAs, HSAs accounts types may differ. Be sure to check with your plan administrator before making a purchase.
