The proprietary WearSun mobile scanning application turns your smartphone into a precise 3D diagnostic tool, capturing an incredibly accurate model of your unique foot anatomy. By recording your exact length, width, and structural arch height, we ensure the creation of your custom 3D-printed insoles starts with real anatomical metrics, completely removing any retail guesswork.
Using your iPhone’s depth-sensing, face-recognition camera hardware, the app projects thousands of invisible points to track exactly how light bounces back from your skin. This creates a highly accurate, detailed three-dimensional foot scan that maps the micro-contours of your feet. Once your scan is complete, it is sent straight to our clinical team, who deploy advanced podiatry design software to craft your specialized support.
One 3D scan becomes your digital Foot Profile—the foundation for custom support engineered around how you move.
Build Your Foot ProfileScan your feet at home with the WearSun Foot Scan App using your iPhone. Our technology captures 30,000+ data points to create a precise 3D model of your feet with sub-millimeter detail - in seconds. No appointments. No special equipment.
30,000+ Data Points · Precision 3D ScanYour 3D scan, movement, lifestyle, and preferences come together to create your digital Foot Profile. Our experts translate that data into personalized support engineered around your feet and how you move.
Expert-Reviewed DesignYour design is precision 3D-printed using multi-zone architecture, allowing us to tune cushioning, stability, and flexibility exactly where your feet need it.
Multi-Zone 3D PrintingYour 3D foot scan is uploaded into our smart software, which translates your physical metrics, arch variables, and questionnaire data into a precise digital blueprint. Our clinical podiatry team then manually reviews and refines this geometry, ensuring every custom adjustment serves your exact needs.
This means your insoles aren’t shaped. They’re digitally constructed.
For strength and comfort.
Within a single insole.
Tailored to movement and pressure.
For airflow, durability, and responsiveness.
Printed directly into the structure.
Our podiatrist reviews your foot data to design the right balance of support, cushioning, and alignment.
Multiple materials in a single insole allow us to target different zones with different properties — soft where you need comfort, firm where you need support.
Hardness levels are mapped directly to your pedobarographic scan, delivering precisely calibrated resistance at every pressure point.
Heel, arch, metatarsal and toe zones are treated as independent biomechanical systems — each printed to your exact anatomy.
Different lattice patterns control energy return, shock absorption and airflow — precisely placed for your foot type and activity.
Traditional orthotics are subtractive—they are crudely stamped, milled, or carved out of a single flat block of generic foam, throwing away immense material waste in the process. WearSun challenges conventions. Our custom insoles are built completely from the ground up using advanced multi-density 3D printing infrastructure.
By utilizing industrial Fused Granulate Fabrication (FGF) technology, our manufacturing system constructs your orthotics layer by layer. This revolutionary additive approach gives our engineering team the exclusive ability to manipulate the internal composition of the insole. Instead of a uniform piece of plastic, we can systematically vary flexibility zones, cushioning thickness, and structural rigidity across a single surface to match your exact footprint.

Build Your Foot ProfileYour WearSun Foot Profile is the digital foundation for your custom insoles.
It combines your individual 3D foot scans with information about your footwear, activities, lifestyle, and needs. Our design process then brings together advanced software, AI-powered recommendations, and professional expertise to create your personalized insole design.
Once created, your Foot Profile and design are saved—making future pairs easier and more affordable to order.
Your iPhone becomes your 3D scanner.
The WearSun app uses your iPhone's built-in depth-sensing technology—the same type of technology used for Face ID—to project thousands of invisible points and capture the detailed 3D geometry of your feet.
Simply follow the step-by-step instructions and scan your left and right feet individually. It takes just a few minutes, with no appointments, molding boxes, or special equipment required.
Yes. WearSun doesn't rely on a photo, tracing, or your shoe size.
Your iPhone's depth-sensing technology captures thousands of data points to create detailed 3D geometry of each foot, providing consistent measurements and capturing the individual contours needed for your personalized design.
And because your feet aren't identical, your left and right foot are scanned independently.
Most store-bought insoles are made for the average foot. They come in standard sizes and generic arch profiles designed to provide general cushioning and support.
WearSun starts with your feet.
Your left and right feet are individually scanned, and your custom insoles are designed around your unique foot geometry, footwear, activities, and individual needs.
Using advanced design software, AI-powered recommendations, professional expertise, and 3D-printing technology, we engineer the shape, structure, and support around your individual profile—rather than asking your feet to adapt to a pre-made product.
Your body may need time to adapt to personalized support, which is why we recommend a 21-day break-in period.
If something still doesn't feel right after that, we'll work with you to fine-tune your custom insoles. Your 6-Month Satisfaction Guarantee includes up to two complimentary adjustments.
And if you're still not completely satisfied, you may return your custom insoles within the six-month guarantee period for a full refund.
Custom doesn't have to mean a long wait.
Once we receive your completed 3D foot scan, your personalized design moves into production. Your custom insoles are designed, 3D printed, finished, and delivered to your home within 3–5 business days.
You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Because your first order isn't just your first pair—it's when we build your personalized digital foundation.
Your first order includes your 3D foot scans, digital models of your left and right feet, Foot Profile, professional design process, and the creation of your personalized insole design.
Once your Foot Profile and design are created, they're saved on file. That means future pairs don't require us to start from zero, making reordering simpler and significantly more affordable.
Your first pair builds the foundation. Your next pair builds on it.
You can move your WearSun insoles between shoes with a similar fit and internal shape, but for the best experience, we recommend a dedicated pair for each main type of footwear.
Running shoes, everyday sneakers, work shoes, and dress shoes can have very different internal volumes, heel depths, and footbed shapes. An orthotic designed for one type of footwear may not fit or perform the same way in another.
If you regularly switch between very different shoes, having a dedicated pair for each allows your personalized support to follow you throughout your day.
And because your WearSun Foot Profile is already saved, ordering additional pairs is simple.
